San Francisco Bay is one of the most celebrated bodies of water on earth. Millions visit each year simply to admire it from shore, yet there is nothing like being out on the water itself. With nearly one-sixth of its water volume emptying and refilling twice daily through powerful tidal currents — combined with strong, consistent winds — the Bay is alive with motion.
