Our Location:

We are located on Pier 39 in San Francisco's Fisherman's wharf.

All boats Leave from dock "C" which is located behind the Aquarium. If you are walking down the Pier we are on the right hand side (east) just past the NFL shop, Fruit stand and Bungee Trampoline next to the stairs. We have a booth right there with a sign reading "Boat Rides".

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in and be prepared for boarding 15 minutes prior to departure. For private charters we will wait for you if you are late but we will return at the scheduled time. For our 90 minute sailing trip we leave on time with or without you. Please understand that we have other people on the boat and cannot wait for late comers. We will try to get you on the next run if possible but that is not guaranteed and refunds will not be provided.

Our Cancellation Policies:

Regular Cancellation Policy: Once you make the reservation over the phone or on-line you are confirmed. You may cancel with 7 days notice for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days advance notice incur a fee of 50% of total cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of cost. *Private Charters on Privateer have a different policy*

Special Cancellation Policy: for discounted tickets, special promotions, "daily deal" vouchers (Groupon, Living Social, etc.) sale items, items purchased through partners, their websites, sales representatives, and/or resellers, will not apply as "Regular Cancel Policy" and will reflect individual cancellation policies as stated on the voucher, sale item, daily deal website or by the individual sales person.

Hard rain at time of charter will result in cancellation of charter if requested. We know you don't want to sail in the rain and neither do we. That being said, please understand the Bay Area's micro-climates. Just because its raining in Napa or even Suasalito does not mean it's raining in San Francisco. If its raining in the morning it often clears up in the afternoon. If its raining at 10am and your charter is at 1pm your charter will not be canceled.

IT MUST BE RAINING AT THE TIME OF THE CHARTER. Just because there is a chance of rain or it looks like rain does not mean it will rain and your charter will still be going out.

Some of our best sailing days are right after the rain. If it rains in the morning the water is smoother, the winds are kinder, and the air is very clear so visibility is enhanced. So please don't call to cancel your trip because it is raining where you are hours before your charter.

We will let you know if your charter will be canceled.
